4th Annual Lancaster Renaissance Street Faire

The 4th Annual Lancaster Renaissance Street Faire is happening Saturday, August 2, 2025, from 12:00pm to 6:00pm along West Main Street and Cayuga Creek Park in the Village of Lancaster.

Hosted by the Lancaster Village Merchant Association, this event is held in celebration of International Mead Day and offers a full afternoon of renaissance-themed fun for all ages.

Enjoy live performances from Bewitched Buffalo, Nickel City Longsword, and Buffalo Aerial Dance, plus music by Junk Man’s Choir and trivia games with The QuizMaster.

There will be a Queen’s Parade, a dunk tank, a kids’ sidewalk chalk contest, an all-ages costume contest, over 20 artisan vendors, and a Kid’s Tent with crafts hosted by Bloomsbury Lane Toy Shoppe. Don’t miss turkey legs served by Skoob’s Village Grille and plenty of food and drink options.

This free outdoor event will light up W Main St on 4 Saturdays this summer with the sounds of live music, offering the perfect opportunity for residents and visitors alike to come together and celebrate the vibrant local community.

A SATURDAY MORNING experience has been an extremely popular request, and I'm so glad we have come up with a great way to make it happen! 

 Join me for a morning of FAMILY FUN with a 30-min Sprouts class! Your special event ticket includes a $5 coupon to shop inside … a perfect time to grab a little something for your Easter Backets OR something fresh for Springtime play for your littles.

 This class will be geared to include older siblings, so if you have graduates who want to come back for a visit it's the perfect plan!  And, if you want to make it a full day you can plan for a family lunch right in the Village.

Make a Mess at Bloomsbury Lane Toy Shoppe with Messy Masterpiece

For $15 you will receive protective gear and a canvas to splatter paint. We are also encouraging you to get paint on our walls!

Valentines Celebration in the Village

Customers embark on a "Love Train" journey, moving from store to store and collecting exclusive discounts at each stop. Each participating retailer represents a "station" on the Love Train. You will show a receipt from participating merchant to receive discount. In Store promotions take place from Thurs 2/13 - Saturday 2/15.

Join us for an interactive fossil event

$10 to participate

Penn Dixie comes to Bloomsbury Lane! In this interactive activity, guests will learn about the animals that lived in WNY millions of years ago. They will practice their fossil hunting skills with real examples of the rocks and fossils that can be found throughout our region. Guests can learn about how these creatures fossilized, and what they might have looked like when alive.
Each child will get an admissions coupon to visit Penn Dixie, as well as a cleaned and labeled specimen to keep. There will be a $10 fee at time of the event (which will be waived with $25 purchase or more). To reserve a spot you can venmo @Crystal-pNewman, otherwise its first come first serve.
